Mary Geary is a senior operations consultant at Morrison Informatics, Inc. She has over twenty-five years of experience in administrative and clinical healthcare management in proprietary, not-for-profit and government healthcare provider organizations.

Ms. Geary has direct experience in medical-surgical, cardiology, oncology and medical rehabilitation clinical treatment. She was Chief Nurse Executive for a nursing division of 400 FTE’s with a budget of over $32 million at a major hospital organization, and has led major hospital-wide quality improvement programs.

From 1994 to 2000, Ms. Geary served as Senior Vice President for the West Coast at RehabCare Group, Inc., the nation’s largest rehabilitation and post-acute care management company. In this capacity she merged two books of business, built a management team serving multiple clients and established a high performance region in the heavily managed care West Coast market.

Ms. Geary’s services for clients focus on operational evaluations and recommendations, executive team development, and serving as an interim executive.
